Thrasher, a seasoned writer and editor based in Pennsylvania, brings a wealth of experience to the publication. “I am profoundly honored to serve in this role and am committed to diversifying the ways we deliver news,” said Thrasher.
In his role at Harrisburg Buzz, Thrasher aims to spotlight underreported stories and elevate voices that often go unheard. Founded in 2021, HarrisburgBuzz.com is a dynamic subsidiary of JIG Media, a digital media firm, with offices in New York and Harrisburg.
Beyond his editorial expertise, Thrasher also leads Kennedy Blue Communications, a Christian public relations firm. His diverse background includes roles at Deloitte, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and contributions to various national media outlets. Currently, he is also developing his literary skills, working on a novel and several short stories, and is a 2024 Periplus Collective fellow.
